Yes! Alberta's Tomorrow Project continues to follow our participants even when they move out of the province or country, we just ask participants to update their contact information so we can continue to reach them. Participants of the Know Your Exposure study will still be able to participate, provided they use the app within Canada.
When you choose to use the tracking feature, the app will use your location data to calculate an air pollution score. This is done only when the app is in use. When the study is complete, you may continue to use the app or remove the app from your phone.
These surveys will work on a smartphone or a larger device like a desktop computer. The KYE application will only work on an Android smartphone. It will not work on a larger device.
